Just a few recent pics from the 'hood.
Any old-timers from PTO will remember the old (and I do mean "old") Crystal Plaza 2 building. It's been gutted and rebuilt, and here's the result.

There are just too many restaurants around here with county-permitted outdoor eating areas which encroach on narrow sidewalks which, along with planters and benches, leave barely enough room for pedestrians to squeeze by. Here are just a couple examples.
Next to Legal Seafood on 23rd Street.

Hey, Arlington County, can you do something about this?
Maybe it's so you don't eat so much......sidewalks for skinny people!!

arlington clearly is NOT encouraging walking...drive to where you want to be and park in an expensive garage...county makes more money that way...stupid stupid stupid!

...Or it's like that so you don't feel like walk away from there when you have sit down there.... Oh, I could sit there enjoying a meal or coffee for hours..... *giggles*
